I play on Heredur, and have a level 30 dragonknight called Janeheir. I can't get any blacksmith to mend her equipment. I suspect the reason is that I have very little small change, over 300 andermant but no gold, and not enough silver to pay.

Her equipment is now in very bad shape and I have no idea how to deal with this.

Well what are you doing with all your silver? You can't just not get enough silver to repair... It has to go somewhere. Now the question is... Where? o_O

    Hey there @AnnaConda ,

Our last friend wrote all ;)

To repair, you must go to any urban area (NPC Armor Artisan) and select "Repair item" menu.
To do that, you will need gold (if the equipment is not "that" bad, then silver will be enough).

There is still "Simple Repair Kit Tool", but we guess that it is not the best solution for now to you: you will understand why :p

So, do not spend your gold in that way. Save some, at least to repair :p

    Cheers, gold-spender :p

Mostly it went on travel stones, journies to complete quests. From the Resistance Command Centre to distant places like the Hidden Sanctum increasingly became hard to reach with broken equipment. I had no idea this would happen. I know now but have to wait until I do some simple quests and collect more silver.

Equipment breaking is not a sudden thing... It doesn't just happen. :p It's strange that you didn't notice your equipment breaking... But...
Ok... First step... Repair your weapon.
    2. Kill heredur... Sell drops.
    3. Repair equipment.
It is not that hard... But make sure you don't spend it first. :p

Go to areas lower than your level that are easier to kill, even with broken equipment. Get enough silver to do your repairs (weapon first).

If you are running low, sell items rather than melt them.

I always melt items, never sell. This is the first time a hear that someone dont have gold, I have to go gemble some gold when I get to four digit.

You must be doing something wrong.
