I want to buy a large sum of anderment (Like 5-20,000,000) without making hundreds of purchases and just buy directly from bigpoint (by means of sending money). I messaged the support center and they said it's not possible and won't reply to me now. How could it not be possible? Special redeem codes/twitch tv codes, and rewards from competitions/events from the forum (Like "make us a new cover photo and we'll give you xxx anderment + items")... they give custom packages. Why can't I have a custom package made for me if I'm paying for it?

 

They give custom rewards for bonus codes or Twitch, but they don't sell andermant via support since all transactions need to go through their payment system. If a bank has a $10,000 limit for daily transactions, do you think that they will change their policy just because you want special treatment?

 

What "policy" would a company have against gaining money/profit? LOL

Those payment options are on global level for all BP games.
They are not making separate options only for DSO.

They give out stuff that way because that is the only way to do it. They have never sold things that way.

They make money from people from their existing system. Tell me why they would do what your are describing when almost no one is willing to drop $5700+ at a time.

And how big off a deal would it be to see up fast pay and click the andermant package 44-176 times? In fact, in the the it took you to write support and for them to laugh at you, you could have already done it. Or, you could have gone to the purchase window and loaded up all the packages you wanted and then clicked "Proceed to checkout" to have it all in one transaction.

Either you being a troll or you are demonstrating the very worst of the P2W attitude (that you deserve something extra special because you pay).

Of course the custom packages are the only way to do that, because THAT IS the only way. Facepalm to everything you said.

Hmm. Let's think... a) one custom, accurate package that contains what a customer wants, and thus customer pays fee. Both parties get what they want.
Or b) customers buys loads of packages, pays large amounts of money, and suddenly there are missing packages. Now customer complains to company, and hours and hours are spent trying to find all the descrepencies.
C) almost the same as b, customer buys a bunch of packages, and there's a bug in which customer pays less than what was bargained for, company loses money. They don't know why, and not know that there is a problem.

I think my way it clear and simple and it keeps people happy. Because what company needs 5 messages saying "I bought 200 of your packages but only received 176 of them because they disappeared from the list (or whatever), and again like I said, countless hours to fix something that could have been done in the first place.

Enough is enough. There is exactly one payment system and it is the same basic system that is used by every BigPoint game. It is your choice to use it or not use it, but support cannot give you what you want, nor will this change for your "special" case. Either buy andermant just like everyone else, or don't buy andermant. IF, and it is a really big "IF," there is a problem, there is a dedicated support team that deals with payment issues and they will work to resolve those sorts of issues. If there is one thing that BigPoint does well, it is take your money and make sure you get what you pay for.
