Sorry for all the hassle and delays and inconvenience this issue has caused. Regarding compensation, please read this OA.

 

I got this today, wondering what it is.. the downloading progress bar stays empty.. can't play.

 

Probably server issues ... at that time I couldn't even log in with browser in the home page.

 

It also looks like there is a typo in the error message... "expecpted" should probably be "expected".

 

30 minutes later the pop up disappear.
But right now I get the same pop up. Hopefully nor for long.

I tried the other internet connection with different provider and it works.

 

I am guessing you did that from other place.
In that case you should check your router/modem settings and filters ... for start.

 

In my case while crafting or not the game crashes quite often when I'm in city. I'm sure the problem isn't about crafting.
To be safe I go to less crowded city like Andrakash or event map like Varholm to do crafting, never crash there before.

 

Is it safe to upgrade to macOs Sierra?

 

After the update i've download my client, if i start it, it stuck by downloading the data. I've tried to deleted the client and downloading it again, but no results. An few updates ago we had the same problems? The timing sucks, i must farming pearls for the mini event, and the chance is big that i couldn't play that mini event. More Mac users that have this problem? I use os elcaptain 10.11.6.

 

I have the same problem. Similar problem happened in the past. The loading progress bar so slow.

The timing sucks, you are right. If I remember there was a suggestion for not doing update in event or day before event.
It's a good suggestion, but they've done it again somehow..

 

I have contacted the QA dep't and they have launched an urgent investigation into this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Same problem here. Still use OS X Yosemite. So not only El Captain error as last time... :/

With the risk of sounding a bit bitter, is it really that hard not to make updates on fridays and right in the middle of long anticipated events?

I should know better than to download a new release until I look in here and see if it works.
