Download Error

Can someone please help? i keep getting this error whenever i start the client

 

The error is a checksum mismatch. You'll probably need to redownload everything but you can try deleting the c:\users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\DSOClient\dlcache\dro_setup.exe and see if it re-downloads the correct one (assuming the one you have is older).

 

I did that and still the error comes up

 

The pop up title is DRO Client and the file is dro_setup.exe = Dragon Rise Online
Both Drakensang and Dragon Rise share the same temp folder. As you can see though the setup file is dro_setup.exe it is stored in DSOClient\dlcache.
If you still want to play both, you can try to play Drakensang in browser, it does not require setup process..

It's solved, i can play i installed another browser and played there, thanks!

 

But browser and client are two separate things.
You had this error when playing in client ... which might just be an CDN failure.

 

well i gave up and just moved play with a browser

Do it as you prefer. But client can have a better experience for you Anyhow, everytime that you may have troubles with Thin Client, you must/should do those steps explained above.
