A VERY annoying thing is that on a simple 1 fraction of a second disconnection the portal disappears .

Well, maybe you don't want to, but if you run out, you will have to xD. This particular bit is not a mechanic or bug, it's just that not everyone caught all the reworked Full Moons from the 1st and consequently, are not on the same quests and not able to access all maps at the same time. As you said, it's like the PWs... those who unlocked them can play; those who didn't won't be able yet. Then again, if one or several group members know they can go to the Bloodmap and don't tell the others but go anyway, then the group's faulty - either there is no communication or they're just silly and go in without (much) shining ess. or even if they have, are not prepared to do it in a smaller group than they entered Varholm with. Sticking to the PW simile - it's as if you made a Q1 group and started the run only to realize, after killing Raazghul, that 3/5 people cannot access M2 - problematic xD. This time it's the people, not the game.

True. Too bad not everyone has the sense to stock up beforehand (unavailability of time in this respect is also possible, but in that case, one should not expect to be able to play as smoothly as another with good stocks owned) - never assume everyone else to be as prepared as you are, be it in terms of resources, information, skills, etc. There are people and people, and most are different. As for the other point, of course, not everyone benefits from a good guild and nice friends, so going with random people is problematic (heck, it sometimes happens even to those who do have a guild and friends xD) and that aspect could indeed really use some more attention from BP.

Please please dont tell me you need more mounts)))

On the knowledge tree, so many suggestions they ignored. At least being able to +-5... I doubt that will get anywhere.

Overall, the event was fun and still remains the best event dso has to offer. The amount of vials was perfectly fine for me so please don't do something dumb like doubling the amount of vials but requiring each player to have one to summon the boss "based on community feedback".

I would suggest increasing the drops for blood moon mobs. As it is now, all the parties I ran with just skip the mobs and focus on the blood mage to save essences. Most of us even skipped the mini bosses that we weren't required to kill.

I don't really mind buffing up the damage of the mobs, as I did think lvl 3 was too easy, especially compared to the difficulty of the boss. However, you should always announce these changes beforehand. Imagine how frustrated someone would be if they found out only after going solo to farm.

One problem with the bloodmoon separate map: moving forward, players who have played less than 3 months may find it hard to get a party, whereas previously one of the best aspects of full moon was that newer players can enjoy playing with more experienced players.

I have no idea what other people are talking about when it comes to difficulty in finding groups. I play on the barren server Tegan in a dead guild and this is the only event that I can consistently find groups to play with. I even had no problem partying with lvl 50 strangers back when I was lvl 47.

I first used silver ess and I was like "Typical...".
What If I don't wanna waste that 150% ess on the normal map? I don't need the 150% bonus for it, hence:
You need to enable the "normal" silver essence on the bloodmoon map!
And also... You don't need that PW portal "security" (portal disappearing on the slightest disconnection) since you have a difficulty confirmation window/button. Make the portal stay there like on the New moon event map!

Can't say I complain a lot about the changes though there are some topics I would like to address.

    1. Transparency - With every patch, you normally provide a list of bug fixes and other alterations. Presenting only some of them (many quite insignificant might I add) and leaving others in the shadows presents a lack of transparency towards your end-users. Important recent changes here include:
    - The raised difficulty on the first Full Moon map
    - The altered drop rate for Dragan (which players definitely felt!)
    - The fix on the automatically-activated knights in Castle Ravencaw - Difficult.

Even if some of these issues may be fixes. I can imagine for instance the difficulty of the Full Moon map had a very good reason - other than the bosses, admittedly the rest of the mobs were severely underpowered for a Painful map. But again, just upping the difficulty because there was a glitch in the system instead of admitting there was a glitch is much worse and reduces from the credibility and transparency.
Bring up the changes and stand up for whatever argumentation might be behind them. Sure, some people might still be unsatisfied and complain, but at least you will have a line of defense and argumentation upfront, instead. It's bad to have a problem in a system, but it's far worse to try and hide it.
It's kind of like when a child does something wrong but doesn't admit it to their parents. Lying about it or trying to hide it makes the problem 10 times worse than just admitting your mistake upfront. And people are smart, people figure things out. Even when drop changes are altered even though that can always be hidden under the "RNG" gods, because... well, statistics and people talking!
Note: I have no problem with bugs appearing here and there. Bugs happen, there is no such thing as a bug-free system! You patch them, you mention them, we move on.

    2. Now that the difficulty is up on the first map, I decided to stick to Normal and with the second map can't complain it took me much longer. It was a fine walk.

    3. Groups cannot do the final quest to open the portal together (tapping the stones). This mechanism is implemented for so many other quests... this is definitely a glitch, not a feature! Please fix this for future events, it would really help and would keep many future people going through this quest for the first time really happy!

    4. The second map was quite linear and I admit I lost interest quickly in it. After two rounds I figured I would just kill the bosses and go for the blood mage. No point in killing the other mobs since the drop is quite low for the effort. Not to mention the silver essences which I preferred to preserve seeing how much farming is needed for them.

    5. And the shining silver essences... I really don't see the point of complicating matters by rendering them mandatory in the second map. I totally see the advantage of such essences against bosses instead of using silver scrolls for instance. They give an interesting option to power up, but making them mandatory really kills the fun and interest for the second map for me. Sure, I get to finish the event faster, but other than that I have no incentive to do the second map. And I am definitely not going to triple the farming effort to get shining silver essences, when silver essences felt like took longer to farm (seems to me like the drop in the first map was slightly reduced, but might have been just me...)

    6. Very very happy with how fast I was able to finish this event. The rewards were according to the time investment for me - nothing spectacular but nice and enjoyable nevertheless. This is the perfect event for people who don't have endless amounts of time to invest in the game. Keep it up like this please!

    7. The set is not appealing to me but I can see that it is an interesting starting point for new players. I am a bit disappointed that you don't get the bonus unless you assemble all items at tier 3 as opposed to the Vargulf Set which allows set bonus at tier 1. You could definitely take advantage of the tier system and enable bonuses for tiers (minimum tier among items could dictate tier bonus). It brings some interesting bonuses though and I like the diversity it brings.
Yes... I am thinking at more than just top tier players, especially given the difficulty of the event. Nice job on that!

    8. And now about the unique items tier drop... For parallel world you allow the bosses to drop items of tier equivalent with the difficulty. For first difficulty they can drop tier 1, for second difficulty they can also drop tier 2 and for third difficulty tier 3. The fact that this is not consistent between parallel worlds and events shows... well, a lack of consistency that's a bit irritating. Please bring some uniformity in respect to this aspect... I get that it's not a guarantee but giving the option increases the incentive for doing a higher difficulty anyway.

    9. The story is definitely original and I did not mind that much having to wait 3 events to get to the blood moon map. However, the fact that so many players had so many questions about this clearly indicates that it's confusing and convoluted. You definitely have to work on this aspect - if too many people are having the same question and are confused about the same thing, it's probably a confusing matter in the first player.
Sure, top players may be pompous here and claim "just read the description", but keep in mind that the most beautiful game designs are those self-explanatory that do not require much explaining. Use this as a rule of thumb extracted from our feedback.

And that's all. Overall I think there are still some aspects to work upon, but it remains one of my favorite events so far. Of course the reduced level of grinding also helps in this direction (except the second map where due to the shining silver essences exceeds my level of tolerance).

    Oh, come on!
Small Varholm Survival Chest only with a few Realm Fragments!?
You reward us with usual every 5-10 minute drop?
I think that you could, generously, put some Common Items in to improve Chest drop.

And once again DSO "magnific-bugfixers-team" strikes again.
With this nice event came another magnific bug, the Bloodmoon Set Bug.
And by what i heard, looks like this bug also works on PvP.
Nice work. Keep it that way.

Un-freaking-believable, you outdone yourselves again, it's freaking surreal, gotta praise both the "wonderful job" of the Q.A. team and the people who figure out how the freak to trigger these things.

Do I, or rather we, really need to give feedback on this issue to get the team to understand/acknowledge how fast it must be adressed?

I'm gonna rack off of here before my "french" pours out and I earn myself a vacation from the forums.

I wanna know how many players didn't find minibosses in the map ? now after i was disconnected and i was sent back to city  i told myself i will go 1 more map today and what i have seen is that i was in the same map as earlier(disconnected)( how i know that ) because in the map have been the mobs that i didn't kill in the previous map because i was tired of them. So if anyone had the same experience like me write here or next time when this happen pay attention. And if this will be a true thing than those who tested the event are ........ and are to ...... to live on this planet and they can jump from a cliff in the ...., and this didn't happened 1 but 4 times, how i can finish the event when 1 in 2 maps has this stupid bug.
ALSO change stupid thing with the disconnection, don't send us in the city give use 3 min so we can come back , it's you fault because blackscreen exist, nebula .................................. and all the bugs that you have made until now and you will make in the future
