Bug Cash for Action malfunction

If you get a pop-up saying "Dear User , that didn't work......" when you try accessing the Cash for Action tab, please post in this thread, stating:
- The country you are in
- Your in-game language
- Which server this is for
- What OS you are using
- Whether you are accessing DSO via a browser (which?) or the client

Accessing through Google Chrome (IE doesn't work either)

Because they can't. The Support volunteers do not have access to the game coding. Where there are issues such as this one which seems to be affecting a portion of the DSO community (vs a wide-spread issue), their function is to gather enough data to point the internal team in the right direction for locating and fixing the underlying cause.

 

Any news regarding this issue? I tried it from a Mac (through Firefox and the Client to no avail as well).

EDIT: It seems the new patch r179 has resolved my issue. I can see and access Cash for Action.

 

That's good news. Thanks for letting us know. Obviously another little addition to R179 that someone thought we didn't need to know about.

 

Yeah why bigpoint made the package of 40.000 andermant for 2 offers 24.000 and 32.000 can you ask them Allogeneous ?
