My crafted longbows. Current crafted from pinks, new crafted from legendaries.

 

I was so tempted to Revert. The game keeps giving me HP as the random enchantment for some reason.

 

Crafted this... it's not the best amulet but is my best...
Still working on that and another legs for my tank build...
Did 60 boss run (today) and got nothing xD...

 

After messing up my best two blue rings yesterday (due to the stupidity of mixing with amulet by misclick and not being able to revert... ), I was finally able to craft my first decent ring. No gold lines because this was my first attempt... I still found it remarkable enough to prove the system works (yes, I am now a believer into this whole hoarding items and upgrading them).



Now let's see if I understood the best way to do this properly: (transferable line encoded with T, irrelevant line with X)
[Green] -> [Blue] - Maximum transferable lines: 1.
Therefore I only bother with one transferable line:
[T] [X] [X] [X] -> [T, X]

[Blue] -> [Purple] - Maximum transferable lines: 2.
Therefore either of the two combinations work:
[T1, X] [T2, X] [X, X] [X, X] -> [T1, T2, X] (usually I craft both items via previous step)
[T1, T2] [X, X] [X, X] [X, X] -> [T1, T2, X] (if you get veeeery lucky)

[Purple] -> [Orange] - Maximum transferable lines: 3
Here because the number of combinations is getting a bit ridiculous, I prefer to have 4 lines out of which only 3 will be transferable.
Besides this is getting very very expensive anyway. So we have the following options:
[T1, T2, X] [T3, T4, X] [X, X, X] [X, X, X] -> any 3 out of [T1, T2, T3, T4] and an additional [X]

In my example, I obtained the ring starting from 4 green rings, that were mainly combined as follows:
[G1] [X] [X] [X] -> [B1]
[G2] [X] [X] [X] -> [B2]
[G3] [X] [X] [X] -> [B3]
[G4] [X] [X] [X] -> [B4]
[B1] [B2] [X] [X] -> [P1]
[B3] [B4] [X] [X] -> [P2]
[P1] [P2] [X] [X] -> [O]

Any better way I should've done this or is this good enough?
Right now getting 4 desirable lines seems like overdoing it as it would cost tremendously and this ring is already a great boost as compared to what I had.

On Green and Blue stages I do the same. Most of us do I guess)

On pink I will do your approach for rare items, such as torso or weapon, or if have lots of gold. Otherwise I try to find items [T5,x,x], [T6, x, x], or craft another [t5,t6,x], [t7,t8,x].

For absolute enchantments (crit) I will only do [t,t,x],[t,t,x],[t,t,x],[t,t,x]

As for notation, we use 2/3 for pink with two gold lines. So [t1,t2,x]=2/3. [X,x,x] = 0/3. Shorter to write)

 

New boots, no love from the rng gods on my last 4 crafts:

 

Decided to do 11 craft exo->leg with combination of 2/3 2/3 1/3 1/3 or 2/3 2/3 2/3 0/3 or 2/3 2/3 1/3 0/3.
Got 3 items to 3/4.

now trying to go for 3 increased damage gold lines..and 1 gold line crit rate would be great

 

Bow looks good, but I think I would not want a gold crit line on a bow (or any one hand, for that matter). I think another 45% or higher item damage line would be more valuable as you increase your rubies.

Also, I think I would farm anders so that i can get the onyxes out and replace them with bought radiant or flawless rubies; and also open the 5th slot and get a ruby in there. The 93% increased weapon damage you've got also works on the rubies. make up the crit by glyphing up your quiver, or getting a 4x crit line quiver.

 

. already way ahead of ya. this is my first craft. ander will come quick so not worried abut gem slots. get another gold line of increased damage and ill be laughting. dont like long bows so ill keeep crafting short. i replaced 2 of my rubie gems for onyx gems to up my crit till i can make a awesome quiver or something good with crit lines. then i replace my rubies into that weapon. my set up is not yet done. lol i was shaking when this came out. best short bow i seen yet

 

So I had a couple of 1H items laying around and I said to myself, "What the hell..."

So I put two blue axes, a blue sword, and a blue mace on the bench. They all had a single gold damage line except the last axe which was just a filler.
Imagine my surprise when the following popped out:

The 68 and 66 came from the sword and mace, but they came together on an axe, so I couldn't be happier.

Still, as nice as that is, there are no % lines, and that is what I really want for a 1H, so I knew that it would never end up in slot 1 or 2 on the crafting bench, so I took my two "good" exos and my two ingredient items and put them together to see what I'd get and it so happens that the RNG gods love me tonight.



Sure, I'd have loved it if the two % damages passed on and one of the gold damage lines, but we don't always get exactly what we want. Still, this is a very nice 1H and will serve me well on my way to an even better 1H in time and an ingredient for that final mythical item.

 

Very impressive, I have some items coming down the pipe if I can get lucky. Hopefully I'll have something nice to post soon .

 

Apologies if this was posted somewhere else but how come I can no longer place 4 'common' items on the bench and get a green from it? Did they remove that or is that just my memory playing tricks on me? (This should've been in place around Feb of 2016).

Nope. I played this game for a long time and trust me I tried to do that so Im 100% positive it wasnt prior to April of 2016 or even anywhere close to the past 2-3 years. I dont even think it was ever in the game but anyone who played longer than me can confirm.

 

Wait.... You mean like the ones in posts #468, #470, and #471... All in the past three weeks?

No, never in the 4.5+ years that I've been playing.
