Support MAC Client Technical Support

  1. We are aware. There have been multiple reports via tickets and other languages. At this time, we don't have any information on what is wrong and when it will be addressed.

    Any news about MAC client? Its been over a day now and still unable to play.

    I can play for a few minutes and then i got a window with a critical downloadmessage

    In my case I open the client, after few seconds another client windows pops up and then disappears immediately showing this:

    The main window still stays but loading bar doesn't move at all. It took like an hour to load 10MB and then it stopped. My internet speed is fine.

    I am using macOS Sierra version 10.12.3

    The 'quit unexpectedly' at the log-in screen seems to have disappeared today.

    Instead, I have another present - now the game crashes halfway playing and I get a long message saying a 'critical file failed to download'.

    My latency is about 40-100ms, so its not my internet. At the login screen, it also says that the all the files have been downloaded. Sent support tickets for both.

    i have the same problem.. support was already contacted, i'm waiting for an answer... if someone finds out a solution please write here down, thx

    Same error here. Being a mac DSO player is getting a bit tiresome due to the frequent errors. Right now exp boosters are running, event time is running out and since exploiting the Balor cube "bug" (or however you like to adress it) has gotten the green light we're missing out on some neat gems and equipment. :(

    Also, I note that it is a http instead of a https site. Again, are we really playing drakensang over a 'secure' network?

    Same here. Got this error while entering Treasure Cave map.

    At this point I still can re-enter the game & play other map.


    But on last session I tried to login. Got this one:

    Now I can not enter the game at all.


    Does the tech team try to resolve this issue on weekend or being postponed to monday?

    Great. My EP-Buff is running out, also my 3 day-Premium I bought because of the update. And now, an XP-event is running, but nobody with a Mac can play :mad: What compensation can we expect for AT LEAST 5 (!!!!!) days without the possibilty to enter the game??:mad:

    How to completely uninstall the game? I want to reinstall it but also want to be sure that i have clean os before i'll start.

    Hey guys

    I don't know what you have been doing but after patch i cant login to the game anymore :(
    I am mac user and i had never had problems logging in to the game before the patch. My system requirements are way above required. I have downloaded the client again from your site, so that shouldn't be a problem. As well i have bought me the Deluxe and Premium account and now i am unable to play and the Deluxe/Premium status will end 8.3.2017, which means i payed for at least 9 days and in this period i can't play game (it wears off 8.3.2017).
    I hope we will get some kind of compensation for this issue, obviously caused from your side. I like the game very much, especially now that you introduced the new patch and would be really bad to loose new players with not caring for us who enjoy the game and especially for those of us, who PAY for better experience. That said i just wish to extend my info about the issue... after patch i was able to play, i think, for two days and last few days the game is off for me (mac user). I have read your notice about, you are working on the problem and i think we all will wait gladly for you to solve the issue, but would be more than fair to compensate us with some kind of reward and/or at least pro-long us the "bought premium account days" we lost cos of your issue. ;)

    On startup it gives me window with this error:

    drasa_online_client quit unexpectedly.

    Loading required data bar shows up and doesnt load anything, just freezes.
