    The box drops each time I enter a new map/location but when I click it I do not receive Premium.The box just keeps dropping.

    Y the first 3 times i had it come back too but now its just gone.

    I still dont have anything further after it disappeared. I could not access the membership it was offering. This is unfair to tease us like this after a hiatus with the mac client.... again :(

    Anything you can do for us, Sunlight?

    Hi,

    I'm wondering if its only me, or has anyone else experienced the client quiting by itself from time to time midway through the game?

    Are you being kicked from the client and, then, getting a black screen?

    Hi there, Sunlight.

    It occurs in one of two ways:

    1) The client randomly quits by itself when I'm halfway playing. Meaning, the game window closes and I am back in the finder. There is no error message.

    2) When I go into a new zone, instead of the loading progress bar, I get a black screen and it just hangs there.

    I also had the problem of the Premium gift not accepting, and I did report it to support however nothing could have been done then.

    My friend and I both had the premium message which didn't lead to anything. We have also not received anything since the new update.

    My character name and server is:

    Unagirimo, Heredur

    And my friend's is:

    Udoni, Heredur

    I hope its ok for me to post on behalf of.
