Bug Character Level Bug

    Two same names can't exist on a same server.
    Probably some of the characters in either of your character is different ...maybe a Cyrillic one ... since you are probably Bulgarian.

    But the character that was level 31 was gone (literally). I just made a new one and its level 17.

    Ah, once you delete a character the name is deleted also and can be reused. I have done this many times. It is one of the uses of my alt account toons; to reserve a name I might want to use later on an active account toon.

    As to why your original toon was deleted... well, I'll just embrace the mystery on that rather than speculate ;)
