I believe the stats for my toon are not taking in to account the runes i have added to my weapon and adornment eg. previously my attack speed was 2.82 now its 2.68.

could you please investigate and let me know if this is a bug.

    thanks

What class do you play? You don't happen to be a Ranger? The attack speed bonuses on Quivers have been decreased from high 20% down to 11-12%.

Would there be any piece of your gear that carries attack speed bonus? Maybe one of the bonuses got changed? Would you have any screenshots from before the speed went down to 2.68? If you do I would send both versions to your Support and explain as much as you can about your issue. Last but not least- are you sure you haven't been removing points in attributes tree (the speed one)?

    Hey there @zahir142 ,

Was it after the Release 191? If yes, we published the patch notes informing that speed calculations will be changed and most of players will face reductions.

We discovered a serious error in the Attack Speed Enhancements settings for level 50+ One Handed Weapons and Offensive Offhand items (books, quiver, gadgets and some unique shields), which have been collected by players since release 185.
    • The one handed weapons were suffering from a ~50% reduction in their attack speed enchantment values.
    • The offhand items were affected less uniformly; the settings error resulted in both extremely high and extremely low enchantment values.

If you are facing a change AFTER Release 191, it might be related with that. If you are experiencing that change after some days after Release 191, you should contact support, like @Yogo explained.

    Cheers,

Troubleshooting lesson incoming: It is really easy to test this hypothesis yourself.

Screenshot your stats with your runes.
Remove a rune at the jeweler.
    Screenshot your stats again.
    Did it change?
Yes=Runes are being accounted for. Look for another problem.
No=You discovered and proved a bug. Submit the evidence to support.

It is much more likely that it is what Yogo and Sunlight pointed out.
