Cannot Purchase Premium Membership

    I recently did an account migration/transfer from a 3rd party/partner site. I have been attempting to get premium, however when I go to the shop and try and purchase it, it is using the "currency" from the 3rd party instead of allowing me to purchase it through Bigpoint. I filed a ticket and never received the notification email that the ticket was even received by support.

    Please tell me what needs to be done so that my entire account is linked to Bigpoint so that I can make purchases.
