I am not looking for the guild and I don't join the guild that doesn't have my friends in it. I only suggested that you mention the minimum requirement for all the classes in your Guild Introduction to avoid confusion. If you want the mages with such stats you will not find them here in the forum but, only through poaching from other guilds that are stronger than yours.

They are pointing you out that 400% critical damage is the maximum attainable critical damage, yet, you are looking for players with 420% critical damage.
