    Hi all
    Since 2 days my game keep freezing,i tryed everything but it dont work.
    Reinstalling OS and DSO client dont help,any ideas guys.
    I play on Grimmag server

    Our servers were experiencing problems last days, as stated in our official announcement.
    Does it affect any particular map? Could you please provide more information?

    No matter which map i play,Q1 or Great Desert i just get freeze,i tryed all,Windows 7 and fresh Client,Windows 10 the same.
    I wanted to play karabossa event but so i cant play anything now

    Please, delete your temp files folder and try again. Check HERE how to do it.

    @Sunlight i try all things,still same,after 5 min game freeze and i only can exit with windows task manager.
    Removing from Temp folder dont help,reinstalling dont help to

    My suggestion would be to play in browser, you'll get fewer freezes. I get one or two a day in browser.

    I basically gave up on client, it freezes on most maps about the time the first mob begins to hit you. Sometimes it freezes for a few seconds, sometimes it lasts up to a minute until you're dead.

    I also did the clearing, deleting and reinstalling thing over and over again and nothing solved it until I gave up on the client.

    I play on Windows XP Service Pack 3,my pc is old so i cant upgrade to Windows 10,any tips what to do ???

    Hey there @Svirachqrtzu ,

    Sorry for the late answer. Let's try to solve this issue.

    1. Check minimum system requirements.
    2. Game freeze, as you name it, starts happening when, exactly (with some specific release, hotfix, event, etc)? What's your server?
    3. Could you please run a ping test? Check how to do it HERE
    4. Delete, once again, your DSOClient temp files.
    5. You can always play via Internet Explorer - have you tried it?

    If any of those steps doesn't help, please, write a ticket to our support team and provide them all the information, including the error code that you shared some days ago. This will help our team.

    It has become worse since the mini event was launched. Both client and internet explorer freeze frequently. First you get invisible monsters, then everything stops until you die.

    I do a ping test through the link and get:

    11/9/2017 2:47:58PM calculating grade
    11/9/2017 2:48:21PM grade A+
    11/9/2017 2:48:52PM grade A+
    11/9/2017 2:49:23PM grade A+

    Slowest ms I've had in a while is 16.

    No amount of clearing cache or deleting and reinstalling makes any difference.

    Never once have I had an issue with the big popular games, but this one has been hit and miss for months. About the time the servers were moved to China.

    On top of the dev's ignoring players, on top of the endless grind, boring events, log time bugs and wrecked pvp, it is the game freezes that make this ridiculous.

    If I do a regular ping.

    Packets: Sent = 4, Received 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss)
    Approximate round trip time in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 13ms, Maximum = 13ms, Average = 13ms
