Discussion about the "fixed" Daily deal exploit

Since the introduction of the daily deals until the 2 November, the daily deal exploit allowed players to cheat infinite amounts of daily deal rewards without paying andermant for it. The result is, that many players now run around with absolute max runes, gems and huge amounts of gold, drakens and materi Fragments. But why Bp not doing anything about it?! 4 months passed by and BP still hasn´t done anything to ban the cheaters. Thats an an HUGE disrespect for those who invest big sums of money every month in this game to keep it alive!
Dont close this thread mods, its just a discussion about a bug which is already "fixed", no?

 

do you mind giving more details about this bug because only yesterday i saw someone mentioning it and i am logging every day on the forums and have not seen a similar thread nor a youtube video mentioning it, so if you know more please say so and contact the support too of course

P.S: Just searched a video on youtube and i see that they indeed made a video about it.

 

They should get perma ban or remove all their runes+gems.

I have heard about this "daily deal" exploit awhile ago. In essence you could have anything what appears on the daily deal
unlimited amount of times, so: drakens, materi rune, joker gem, clover etc.
Because of the drakens, you have now people running around with 40% HP on this item runes.
Materi rune - no comment.
Unlimited clovers means armor +40% rune, running speed rune, attack speed rune all max and whatever rune whats available at the jester store.
I could even name some that used it but its not my job to be a snitch and do somebody elses work for them.

I have even heard of an workbench exploit that allows easy transfer of golden lines, but then again, its an unverified rumour.

Its one of the reasons I started to downplay my time in Drakensang, I see no point in super grinding for runes and gear, when someone just exploits the game and runs me over like a train.

Devs, where are you?

 

This needs to addressed right now. This is bad as the Pinata bug! I will take my business elsewhere if I have to fight bug users in Pve and PvP! I have been here since 5/2012 and these guys just short cutted to even better gear and runes than most of the old players.
This will be the last nail to the coffin DSO. If this doesn't get fixed you can treat me as an ex-customer.

Lot of old players have been waiting for the fix of balance in Pve and PvP.
But you know what, if these players who used the bug are in PvP your balancing things going in waste. This will be another R155 Exodus

 

Just like the rest of the exploits, bp will close eyes like nothing happened, and us, the fair users will have to rot farming to get one of those gems..

 

i read it on deutch forum. Yeah it is a shame. And sincerely i feel myself a little bit stupid. Farming everyday for a little improvement. My desire to play this game is decreasing a lot... maybe i should never have come back playing this corrupted game

 

This is not right...And those fair players who really invest in this game will most likely think twice before supporting this game in the future if no one will do a thing about this bug and the exploiters.So now we have cheaters running around with maxed gems and runes while the rest of the fair players have to pay for them? Does BP really think that the community is full of retards and will be ok with this?

Remove those runes/gems or ban those who exploited it.According to your rules, exploting bugs to gain unfair advantage is not allowed..Why do we even have to discuss about this and why BP hasnt done a thing to fix this?

Hiding..or working on some excuses most likely.Why should we bother pay anymore if some get for free more than we get via payments? This is like pinata bug no 2...cheaters got yet again better via cheating than fair players did via paying...so yeah...TYVM BP ...

If BP is OK with people gaining tens of million ander rewards then i suggest they give us a code with 20-30 mil ander reward so we can all get what the cheaters got.If they dont like this then i expect some bans/punishments for exploiters.

Why should i pay 30E to buy 25k ander and get a rune or jewel of enhancement when people got hundreds or thousands of these for free and its all cool?Really waiting for a reply to this question from the dev team...

Yes its devastating another major bug and nothing is done the time has come BP has to roll out the biggest guns ... Who you gonna call ? ART DEPARTMENT !

 

definitely this game is finished with this. continue to play honestly here is simply impossible....cheaters who insult you bot users who laugh at you, and I have to spend money and play honestly just to feel stupid and see how the technical team does nothing only empty promises ?. it is a shame

What solution do we have that we play honestly? keep playing? expect official communications very well written and with much education and demanding patience and respect with their words. when what I feel is that their actions are the ones that offend me... maybe his work is to be a writers the bad solution maybe is not enter more in pvp, play but with people of confidence, in not investing money here and look the other way with the subject of cheats and bots users

simply the best logical solution and easy for those who want to play an honest game would be to leave this, here the honest are treated like fools who pay for the party. despised by cheaters and bots...very sad this news does not leave me any choice or reason to continue without feeling a complete idiot.

tomorrow there would have to be an official response here if they have a little dignity left, but do not worry BP, this is what an honest player says, but he is more likely to be treated as a fool or too demanding with the technical team and it would surely be too humiliating to answer

 

Exactly. I buy andermants mainly for pots(because BP think there is balance of having less defense but not more damage for SW) and essences, and to get the joker gems and runes. I am not going to pay and support the things that lot of players got free by cheating.
I will walk a away and buy some other 50eur game and that's it. You go and figure how do you get the revenue lost back from the
PAYING players. Do you take us PAYING players some kind of fools ?

Me and many old players have been waiting months after months of things getting better in PvP and Class balance and been playing mainly Pve. Forcing us to play Pve one goal in mind > to be better in PvP when the time comes.
Well guess what? Waiting is over, all the work in VAIN. While I was waiting and supporting this broken game, with a little bug using these players by passed my character
by a mile. Yes I am upset what is happening. I feel like I should have gone with the other WISE players in R155. Damn it guys, if I would be this sloppy at my job. I would definitely get fired.

We wonder "when"...

If it takes too long (and its taking)...we all might find something better to play (we probably already have).

 

They were working on weapon effects man...everyone from BP works in the art department for the past 2 years.They dont have other departments but art...Nothing else matters but weapon effects..and other effects..all the effects in the world are more important that PvP and PvE balance..oh and cheaters.

If there wont be any punishment for the exploiters and those who now run around with maxed runes and gems, then we can all agree that BP supports cheating and exploiting altough their own rules say its not allowed.Lets see what will happen in the next days and what actions are they going to take against those who exploited this.If they wont do a thing, then all those who still support this game through payments should keep in mind that we have to pay for stuff that others get through cheating.If you are ok with that then go ahead and pay more.

I saw a mage with like 500+ runes of enhancement..Each of those runes = 10 clovers+...Do the math now...thats like 6k clovers right there...1 clover = 25k ander...thats like 150 mil anders ...150 mil anders that a fair player has to buy in order to get what cheaters got for free.

 

It's so simple to ban those cheaters, its no science fiction, its not bots..
Just run a script for the gems, all players that have for example maxed materi and hp/dmg runes ban them.
I'am lucky and i have like 6materi runes (i haven't bought like 4 so tell 10 total).
It's freakin IMPOSIBLE to have ALL runes maxed out. (or 100-500 gem enchancers)
Not only materi runes but they have gained, unlimited gem bags/drakens/clovers from that thing, how would a fair player like myself feel when those people get everything in one night.

Should not be alowed dear mods, you sensor everything and the past 2years i play i haven't seen a decent ban wave, fix your bugs or let all the players do it.

 

So now they dont even have to bot, just log get their daily deal x400 times and be op , nice!! Iam just sad i wasted time,money and effort on this game

 

The bug has been fixed since r200 but those people who used it maxed everything so they won't need it anyway. I just want those who used it to be punished soon..
Every day that passes it becomes harder and harder to find them.
