    How about this for dumb luck?

    I still haven't done the math for the "best" shield after R209 since we will get block rate and block strength from Wisdom, but when all I was hoping for was a 3/4 legendary for use towards an eventual 4/4, I'm not going to turn this beauty down. I could see myself using this with a Heredur shield build to compensate for the lack of HP seen on the cube set, or maybe I'll use it with the cube set for insane HP... I'll see what the math says eventually.

    ...If you do not want the strongest possible critical hit rate you can get into the infernal#3, yes you can do that.

    ...If you do not bother changing your stones when you go to infernal#3 you can do it too.
