problem with purchase

    I'm having a problem buying an item (character change), i tried buying it 3 times with 2 different credit cards and still not working, after I click on buy now it appears a pop up that says: "Error the purchase could not be executed" (I don't know if this is exactly what it says) and then gives me 3 other options unfortunately i cant use any of the other options to buy the item, do anyone know what I'm doing wrong or if this just a bug.
