Mage Q8 spam set + release 210 mage attacks buffing

remove the extra dmg on mage attacks from r210

    if the warriors skill assault was spam what do u call this ???! fix this set and rework release 210 because even the worst mage in the game that plays once a year is killing all the other classes that had farmed way more and got way better stats than him/her. Stop buffing Mage class and remove the extra dmg % that was given with r210 to mage attacks.
