Second char lvl 49 cant play PW materi storm?

i have a question about the pw and the second, third and fourth chars.
When ( and i have) your main char, the first char, level 50+
We have the ability to join with a second char on lvl 10 in the PW.
We have with the second char the ability to plat all 9 PW free, but now there is a materi storm in PW Q2 and my second char is lvl 49.
All my PW map are open, but when play the storm ,
i killed the special monsters about that event, i get the buff of +5 stack of materi prisma but i haven't get any progress of that event the hole map and i have still 0/13k materi prisma.
what is the point of you have the ability on second char to play PW's but you cant enjoy playing events of the PW's?

Your utter thoughtlessness is the reason...

Let me explain in points why you are terribly wrong.
1. Have you even thought, how come the event appears to you in the event window (and when you have too low level for the specific event, eg. under lvl15 for Dragan, it doesn't) if you are "not allowed to do it"?
2. Have you even tried doing it with your "main" char?
3. Have you even bothered going to the second map and down to boss?
4. Have you even thought that when something is bizarre to you, it might be a bug?

 

i have doing now the event on my main char and i have see that in de first map of q2, that we will not getting progress only the buff

when you go to the second map and boss only then you will get progress.
