Feedback Anniversary Event 2018

I can see the devs are not familiar with the game ... therefore confusing the new players.
Dear devs ... you are providing false information in the Anniversary so called "challenges".

This is a map of Dracania


In your first challenge the description says: Defeat 1925 Dark Dwarwes (who are using DK skills BTW) and their attendants in all dungeons of Duria.
Duria is not a region ... you may consider it as a continent but still it is not properly marked on the map. So how would new players know what is Duria?
What you call "region of Duria" contains six regions with only Teganswall, Shorfolk and Slifmoor playable.

Here comes the best part.



Ellonidos is not a region. Ellonidos is Urban Area in the Helios region.
Ashraya is Urban Area of the Atlantis region.
Whether you call it Atlantis + Helios or just Helios or Atlantis ... It is not Ellonidos. Ellonidos is an island in the Helios region.
So the third challenge is basically nonexistent because Ellonidos doesn't have any dungeon.

Just open the Journal, you can open the journal by pressing "Q" BTW. Under the second tab there is a section called "Compendium" ... read it.

 

Probably because they are changing the team very often... That is the only reason I can think of for the constant changes of their attitude to both game and community.

While I fully understand what you are saying there... They have already created a "Duria" region. When you finish the Ambition and Despair quest, it says "new modes in dungeons of the region Durian unlocked" (or something like that). Now... what they are naming "Duria" here consists both of the "Duria" region of Scaling Normal Dungeons and the "Teganswall" region of Scaling Normal Dungeons. Such a mess can only be explained with what I am saying in response to quote #1.

 

happy annyvesary bugensang. instead of relasing this event read testerver threads. wich issues are stated by many players. and our biggest contributor Traki. with this event drakensang clearly EDIT on theyr players.

this event can be fixed right now if add dark dwarfes on every egg spawn place. dont even need to mark them with scull on map.

make arena more like all minis that drop 1 cube per mini and difficulty levels corresponding. but hey as i sayd

this is how drakensang celebrates his annywesary to theyr players. choke on your createss tears. choke on your equipment effects. does this lagging effects make gameplay better ?

this game is directed more than old guys who understand math and conpects of brainless grinds. than its meant to be played a kids aged 9- 20 years old.

 

Another mini event, another fail...How long would it take to change 30 progress per run to 200-300 per run? 30 seconds to open the event file and alter some values here and there? Whats the hold up or whats the point for this thread otherwise?

You want to test your servers and game client or what? In/out of maps for guinness records?
Results in grimmag server are those: game crash more often, skills that run through mobs become useles cause elastico effect - blade dance, warrior wing skill.

 

Did anyone purchase Phestos' Candied Apple for 1200 crystal's of truth?

My guess is no, because in order for this to be cost effective, one would need to open 120 eggs to get back the 1200 cots spent. In order to open 120 eggs, one would need to enter a map with 8 eggs 14 times (they could start in the map). For my reasonable good connection, this would take a whole 3 minutes. Then, with the remaining 7 minutes they would need to circle the map 15 times. I could only circle Stonekeep (7 eggs) in 30 seconds with no enemies and not even stopping to actually click on the eggs. This means it is mathematically impossible for me to earn even a single crystal of truth by purchasing Phestos' Candied Apple.
I know I am just wasting internet space by typing this, but I just cannot understand how the devs could "fix the egg respawn bug" and not adjust the price accordingly.

They are living in different universe.

I have made the Wiki guide with Stonekeep just because of 2 reasons:
1. All players (the focus is on new players) can farm that map
2. I don't want to make "questionable" guides that can be seen as mild exploits (even though what I will say next is not an exploit in any way)

The fastest possible way to farm CoT is to use a wormhole and manipulate the time and space
You don't run from egg to egg ... you just bring the egg to your position.
That would be Fortress Teganswall ... the last egg on the entrance to the Tegan's Sanctuary.
Just click the egg --> enter Sanctuary --> enter Teganswall --> click the egg ... ... and so on and so forth in loop.
You don't even have to move a step towards the egg if you have higher screen resolution ...

BTW not even this way you can collect enough CoT to justify purchasing the Apple buff.

 

Change map takes some time. How many eggs do you open with 1 buff with this method?

 

Now about drop of Flawed gem bag from eggs, I think that it is to much to receive random flawed gem from only 5 openers. I suggest that next time you put lesser gem bag (3 lesser gems=1 flawed gem)

 

The event is already a grind fest to the max dont make it even more retarded .

 

We should consider these failed mini challenges as BP's present. It's their way of telling players to go and enjoy their summer away from keyboard.

 

I think what he was saying was sarcasm... Flawed gems from eggs, coming very rarely (at least to me) and being marked as a special reward (eg. by being in a bag) seem like a punch in the face...

OMG seems u have a lot of time and patience, or andrmant? Dont show just final result tell us how much time or andermant you spent for that result. My guess is that you spent a lot of andermant, i am right? If my guess is right i think that result really dont worth it.

 

I spent 600 ander overall in this event when i accidentally clicked on the costume pinata which costed me 3 pinata truncheon, so i "compensated" myself a bit..
I did nothing else just farming arenas and eggs..

Prove is here. You dont have to spend adermant in this event, if you do thats stupid as hell.
I cant talk about how much time i farmed this..
Each day i wanted to do +-10 arena, but i farmed eggs too with apple buff which was something like 1k-1,1k CoT/10min.
Overall in avarage i spent 3-4 hours / day with doing event ,then i went to afk cause i got as bored that i can not play anymore..
I do have a lot of patience, which now ran out.



Other than this i opened 120+- pinata too.. which was from prefarming the event before its even went live.. the resoult was better but still, i got 150~ colour sphere so..

 

Why did you open them? I have made approximate estimate that getting a dye sphere is 70-80%

Even when you are running you need to change map twice .
BTW I have found another egg even closer to the entrance XD

WD than. I didnt played event at all, only 2 times in arena event bored me as hell, didnt have patience for more. Still, i appreciate i did about 10 milion glyphs, 30 k ander , one rune from jesters since event started, playing my usual maps.

 

It is impressive such a massive negative feedback for an anniversary event. Something has gone wrong.
Only had 2 arena runs and 2 mini-runs.
38x2 = 76 progress.
38x20 = 760 progress
7000/38 = 184,2105263157895 runs.
I'm not worried about 184 but for the 0,2105263157895 runs
( 184 for one single mini with poor rewards )

I rage quit the main event: the event has no purpose, not even seems to be playing a game.

Tiring, the events should be more interactive and diverse, as in the missions.

 

So Traki says 70-80% chance of getting a dye sphere. callme0216 averaged about 70%, and from personal experience I hit about 40 and think 32 or so were dye spheres. So in Kingshill when you hover over the pinata, it says click to receive one random item from the vendor. Now I don't know the exact count of items Gnob offers, and I know how fickle randomness can be, but my question is, is BP being dishonest? Is this engineered or weighted randomness? Because I can't imagine a truly random drop, giving every single player the same random drop, randomly at around 70% because that wouldn't be random, would it? Is BP engaging in deception? Dishonesty? Or is my math fuzzy? Do please correct me if I am in error, or please confirm if the message about one random item is a complete and total lie.
