Well, I've read almost everything for how to progress with the mage.
I read about the crafting, farming, sets etc.
But, I know that, when the progresses and content in the forums get old I probably read things that aren't really true yet. So, please help :)

Be a little more specific. What exactly do you need help on? Depending on what you read, you may have different gaps in your knowledge. Help us so we can help fill you in. :p

Well, I'm asking about what shoud I want to earn as sets. Currently I have q7 set q4 belt very old T3 q8 set and I think T5 q9 set then some crap like Grimmag and Kingshill's dwarf rings and old Dragan set. I would like to know what specific item what stat should need (ex. Belt-resitance). Long story short I wanna know 'bout the sets I need as a mage and the stats I have to reach.

thats a very open ended question - the reason why i say so is because there is no perfect answer to that.
    to each its own.

below are some well known mini sets which are popular -
    bearach set (belt + weapon)
    sigirs set (adorn + torso)
    herald (gloves + weapon)
    dragan set

then there is also the moon event, which has its own sets which are also used by few

basically, you have to make an amalgam of what suits your playing style best.

I understand but I gotta wait a lot just to see what the sets are and then a lot more to earn them if I liked them. Today on 3v3 I saw a mage who killed me only with a teleport and a slight touch of his Dragan set's laser beam. While spectating my team mate is obviously stronger and hit him with like 4-5 fire balls and he didn't die. How to achieve that!!

That would be easy, to tell you how, not to achieve it. Takes lots of years to get all that (or lots of money), that is if you don't exploit some bugs and get all that by cheating. This is what you need: all items you wear needs to have 5 gem slots and automatically 5 rune slots. Fill all gem slots with royal gems. Fill all rune slots with big runes. Get 4 gold lines on all items. Do all this while keeping all stats balanced. Play pvp with one hand weapon and shield. The result is that you will have high damage with one hand while you will be very hard to kill. The only drawback is that you will have no life besides this game, this game will take all your free time. Good luck.

    lol, u r a buzzkill ;)

You should check out the 'show what you got' thread and see what other mages are running to get an idea of the kind of sets/damages/stats/skills which are in use. You can accordingly find out the kind of build which interests you and then work on same.

If it's the Grimmag's Starry Robe, then it's not crap. The rest is as Shamis says above for popular sets in use.

I kinda wanna extend that thread. After the update with the new levels ov wisdom how do you level it up faster (besides daily cgalanges) :)

You can farm wisdom runes in normal scaling dungeons. Equip + craft said runes, then go farm some more. That's all there is to getting more wisdom. The more time you spend in the game, the higher your paragon... um... wisdom level will be. Just remember to enjoy and don't trade too much sanity for game wisdom. ;)

Thx for the advice all of you. I pretty much did or started doing what you told me. I hope if I think of a question or a problem you're going to be on the other side to help me :)

I got an Idea for full gear: a7 set + old Karabossa set (shoulders, chest) + adornment- black karabossa + white karabossa cloak + Dragan ring + Mortis/Premium cubes ring + Dragan hat + Dragan boots + necklace - karabossa + a4 belt. What do you think?

If you want to use old items, that's fine. Just remember that old items cannot be pristine crafted, so chances are you are going to find that they are not worth keeping in the long run. Otherwise, your selection of equipment sounds OK. Just keep in mind we already had 2 Dragan events this year, I don't know that they're gonna run that thingy again so soon. So consider using other gear in the meantime.
