    Hi all,

    where is the NPC with "news from Jarlshofn" (1/1) quest ?

    I'm missing it to complete chapter V.

    I got the sequent quest from NPC TARUS "Jorney to Myrdosh" (1/1) but I'm missing that one before.

    Any Idea ?
