Support Bot dwarf in grimmag

Hello , can someone report this player Atselegas on suport ?, I report him too and nothing hapening its 100% bot user you can check/find him on Grimmag server dwarf he is in top 1-5 on all quest team or solo with millions points onlly from monsters.

 

Points alone do not prove anything. You need to have other evidence (preferably video evidence) of bot behavior.

There are quite a few pws where it is most efficient to just do the first map (stonekeep, grimmag, hailstone)

 

I cannot make video because my internet its too slow , but i see him how he run in city how he go inside without clicking the dor again and again same moves for hours and -same points- every round , and beleve me if you see how manny points he make in few days on all quests this no need video , I am dwarf too and i play for ranking too but its imposible vs bot...PS he have same points on team ranking too on ALL quests onlly monster, tell me pls who can make and for what reason 5mill points on TEAM in q5 onlly first map, he did it alone ...
If u have char in grimmag just add him on friend and check him and tell me noob )

Reporting bots, bugs/exploits publicly is not allowed.

This was the answer from the support in october 19th , today october 29 and the bot still playing and its going to be first on leaderbords...

About BOTs, DSO needs only a few hours of joining Storm The Fortress between 00:00 - 05:00 AM EET and they'll find out at least 1 bots per session, about 80% of the times, usually dwarfs.

How do I know? I've seen so, so many of them. They spawn, walk to the same place, set up turrets and shoot straight ahead. If you're on the other team, you can go behind or beside them and just stay there. They won't attack you, they'll just shoot ahead.

I won't report any of these to support because I remember a year or two ago (before I left the game), I chipped out from my spare time, trying to get rid of these people to no avail. Support hasn't done about ANY of my reports - I've seen the same people doing the same things.

If no action is taken, it's really a waste of one's time, reporting it. If DSO wants me to do voluntary work, one of two things has to happen:

1.) ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN at least for blatant BOTing cases (such as the dwarfs I mentioned earlier)
OR
2.) Be compensated for my time. You know, like a snitch getting a sandwich in prison or a better deal.
