Problem with crafting

Hello everybody, i decided to craft my first 2h weapon with gold lines. I have managed to craft 2 magic items but i am stuck there. After about 50 efforts to make an extraordinary with 2 gold lines, i havent managed to do it and i have spent so much gold. Is it so difficut for everybody or am i just too unlucky?

 

Been playing year and a half and still trying to make a 4gl weapon. I crafted a 3gl weapon which I am using and have a 3gl and one 2gl pink on trip to a 4gl. Thinking if my luck holds good I should have a 4gl weapon just inside two years playing

So I feel for you. Some seem to be very lucky but for some it can be a long journey

 

xD you just wait until new patch comes to live. other items than weapon you can random craft to decent gold lines
to craft legends togheter then it cost you around 700 gold.

so they made little easyer. but actualy its all the same time consume to arhive something.

 

From 2 blues with 1 gold line each to a Pink with 2 gold lines is like the easiest craft. Average success rate is about 1 in 30 combinations. So the cost would be less than 300 gold. You should be able to make this in just a couple of days.

From 2 Pinks to 3x Gold Line Legendary is somewhat difficult. The success chance is higher if you use 2 more junk items with 1x line in each for a total of 2+2+1+1 = 6 source lines for a 3 target lines. Average cost would be about 1000 gold and would take few weeks.

Last step of making 2x Legendary items with 3x Gold lines each into a 4x Legendary is very difficult. Can cost from 5000 - 25000 gold depending on the method you follow. But, it does not come cheap and can take months to see the result.

Crafting is "engineered" to fail at a very, very high percentage..."Luck" really has nothing to do with it.
The occurrence of failure is way to high to be random.
