Is boosting still illegal

Before Bigpoint remove xp block there was a rule, where you can't boost low lvl players with yours (if you play with the same ip) So my brother decided to play drakensang and i want to know will i get banned if i boost his charecter with mine?

What you asking for is not called "Boosting" but "Pushing".
Boosting is when you deliberately are weakening your team in the arena so the opponents can win.
Pushing is when you play your characters with your different accounts in same time ... in multiple instances (multiboxing or playing in multiple windows).
I will quote myself:

IP Address doesn't prove anything ... since many people can have same IP Address.
So, yes you can play with your brother or friend or anyone ... as long as you are not playing your own accounts.

 

As Trakilaki said, there is nothing in the Terms and Conditions that prohibits people who share an internet connection from helping each other. Also, there is nothing preventing a stronger player from helping a weaker player get stronger.

The issues are when you are are running two accounts at once to gain an unfair advantage or if you have multiple people share an account to gain an unfair advantage.
