Not that I am aware. Only base stats upgrade to next tier from augment crafting. I think you would have option of transferring a 17% increased damage enchant by Soul crafting. There were some posts made recently around this same topic

This... Mostly. Unless you have exceptional base stats (double gold line for example), there is no reason to augment the Witch Seeker Pauldrons, unless you've augmented pretty much everything else.

That said, you can soul core craft (Not pristine when it is unique to unique), so if you get a super good base stats on one item and another with a 17% damage line, you can transfer the 17% damage line to the item with the nice base stats.

I love soul core crafts, because it uses the one core that I have way more than I ever will need. It means that I can save the pristine or augment cores for the stuff that actually matters... now if only Draken Cores were more abundant...

I have mountain of pristine and soul cores. Not so many augment but been saving MF to buy. Little point until I get more draken cores. I hit winter event hard but still run through draken cores quicker than I can make. I need to learn to be more discerning in what I craft to make them count. I like witch pauldrons as one piece of gear I don't have to craft
