Toxicity problem

So i've been playing this game for over 5 years now and i finally decided to pitch my two cents on the matter. Since the game is marketed towards younger audience it's clear that there will be a lot of toxicity on the community. Personally i'm not fazed by it, but I do have some younger in game friends who get seriously concerned against personal attacks and threats. Usually I ignore or send these toxic people who threaten others to support, but it seemed not to work since i can see the toxic people still playing and continuing making remarks so im trying it in here.
Most frequent threat is the "I know someone who will get you banned" and it actually can be quite scary for the kids who don't know better.
So my conclusion would be some kind of reporting system that works so well in other games such as EDIT
I will be adding couple of examples of these threats i received just couple of minutes ago.

here is a little guide on posting images on forum.

You can always contact support and make a report of someone's foul behavior. File a ticket and do not forget to include images or videos as evidence.
Posting such pictures or videos, here on this forum, is not allowed.

Alright thanks for letting me know. As i said earlier i'm really new on the forums.
If you could still help me a little bit by tutoring me how to send the ticket.
If it is by the support and "others" option, it does not let me attach any photo for the proof.

 

After submitting the ticket, you'll get an email that you can reply to. Attach the image there.

 

Toxic drakensang community are we playing in the same game ? XD
I mean ive never seen toxicity in this game and i play this game for 5 years
I mean you can find real toxicity in games like LOL

 

so deleting comments is counted against the free speech shall i sue you ?

 

Do as you please, but you lose either way.
1. Read the rules before posting on the forum.
2. Masked vulgarity is strictly prohibited, especially using the F word
3. Using multiple forum accounts is strictly prohibited too. You can like your own comments, it is immoral but it is not against the rules, but posting with multiple accounts is. You see, you made my task easier with your own deleted post

which shows actions from a same person using multiple accounts.
