Bug Charge not executed in 1 out of 10

    There is a bug in the Charge ability of the DK that keeps annoying me for ages.
    In approx. 1 out of 10 times the animation is shown, however, the Charge effect is reset immediately. I.e. hit monsters do not suffer any damage and the DK is relocated to his starting position instantly. The more monsters are around the likely this bug will occur.

    This bug is a pain in the neck because often I send a Rush of Blood after a Charge, which is almost wasted because in the end my DK did not move into the bunch of monsters.

    Hasn't this bug been reported yet?

    1 out 10?
    7 out 10 for me.
    Also jump 3 out 10 don't do damage and I put back in start location

    This happened when 100% when you try to charge or jump in the middle of monsters.
    But I need that skill when I must go between monsters not when I must hit 1 or 2.

    This happened since the nerf of that skill 2 years ago.

    Yes but the problem begins when they fix charge.
    I don't use anymore charge because have no sense skill it

    Yes, the movement skills are buggy. Charge is unreliable for my Agathon server DK and will occasionally put you back in the location you started at. Worse, the skill will go into cooldown I believe, so you can't try again.

    Blade dance is similar for rangers. If blade dance were more effective, I would build a bouncing blade equipped blade dance ranger on TS, but as it seems to rubber band all the time for me, I've gone hoaxbow.

    The problems with these ranged-move skills have existed for many years. One thing I have found when using these skills that helps is to use them at less than max range.

    Yep ... it is called
    This issue exist for Ballet Dancing since ever.
    That was the main reason I stopped using that skill back at time when level 40 was a cap level.
    Same goes with Thicket of Thorns ... this skill was also bugged for a long time. Monsters killed with thorns (all of them even bosses) were having no drop. We were kicking out of group anyone who kills monsters with this skill ... after they have been warned not to use it.

    It seems to do with how crowded the destination is. If there is no space for the DK's hitbox to fit into, it checks in a small area at the end of the move, but if there still isn't anything, that is when you get rubber banded.

    Because I no longer use charge and I usually use jump to build rage/activate laser/initiate an offensive combo at the edge of a group, I experience the rubber banding you're describing about 1 in 1000+ uses, often going days without rubber banding.

    Since this is likely based on the game's geometry and that is unlikely to change, I only have one piece of advice... Adapt.
