Lost skins

i have a question i bought several skins with breeders and when i want to put them again i can't because i don't see them anywhere and instead it tells me that i can buy them new according to you how many thousands of breeders are needed to have a skin?

 

I don't know what breeders are but all skins you have are in the customization window.
Go to any blacksmith and select "customization" from the menu

 

breeders is Andermant i know all that you say but they missing i buy him 1 week ago and want to change but missing spend 30k andermant for it and now gone but interesing backsmith sell that skin again so i lose skin lose and andermant too so what is the point to buy him is bug like all in that game

 

OK, tell me what class you are playing, make a list of all skins you bought but you are missing again and post few screenshots of those skins in the customization window.
I will buy them all and see if it will work for me or I will be missing them after spending andermant just like you.

 

there is no way to show after they are gone and I can't put a skin on without buying it you can see for yourself

OK I did test them all on few characters of different class.

I did customize my gear few days ago and I still have the Disaster skin available

Then I bought and applied the Kingshill Researcher Staff and gloves

I did get notification

But when I changed map the skin was gone

I bought it once again ... this time it remained in my collection.

I switches to my ranger and bought all items from Alan's gear + Tracker's Shoes.
Then I logged out and logged in again ... this time 3 items were missing from my collection: Alan's Hood, Alan's Bracers and Tracker's Shoes

I am wearing them but I don't have them in the collection.

So it just proved items are vanishing from the collection even if bought with andermant.
I have tons of screens ... I will try to reconstruct the events and report the issue.
That's the only thing I can do

thank you for your time but that doesn't change the fact that my skins are gone and also my andermants too i will no longer buy these bug skins

I wear the costume for a month (at least), without having it in the collection(more exactly: Staff, gloves and shoes).
If I change the customization I lose it.

 

BP considers it a scam. Coins issued for free?
Technical support replied that it was a fraud attempt on my part.
It is good that the skin has not disappeared from the weapon - here is the video evidence.
Of course, I don't have a skin in the customization window.
It's gone - I won't spend 10,000 coins again.
