Please, can you tell us how do we get the other pearls, monsters seem to drop only "cursed" pearls for the FIRST part. I ended up having many "cursed" pearls that i don't need and no "charged" pearls that i need in order to go on...

 

there is a pearl under each progress bar when you point it out where to get the necessary pearls for the respective progress bar only that this event is complete sorrow it will be blacklisted 26 pearls per run at inf3 is a big laugh provided he wants 380 for entry they can play it themselves am done with event good luck for everyone

 

I play DSO since R89 and i was always excited for Dragan event.2020 Dragan event is very different and boring,i will search for something
better to fill my limited free time.

 

Really are you serious? Are you exaggerating? 26 pearls per run and 380 to enter the other maps. So it takes 15 runs to just enter the other maps ONCE? Lord a mercy, leave it to Bigpoint to ruin another event. smh

 

When you get lost in hating the game, your vision gets too clouded and you can't say anything other then hate....
I actually like the event. it has a solo map, but that definitely does not mean that it does not require a team effort. You can farm pearls easily by killing the all for one chests and it does not even require any real effort. You can play the quests and get tons of good loot and gems on top of the progress bar loot. I dont find the 4 quest maps boring to play at all. what i do miss in this event is just a small addition to the secret lair, maybe increased chance for goblins or an extra sentinel that drops clovers or something. And i miss an unique jewel at the end of the progress bar like maybe a jewel of rage or something extra like what we got at the rocketmen event. all in all i give this event a 7/10 as i do not believe that all the hype for this event was justified and we could have gotten a little more in terms of uniqueness instead of just only random runes and gem drops.

Where do you find the members of the special squad?

 

Why i can't craft the Dragan Incensted weapon or the Bolstered fire gnome? I've got all the needed items/ingredients. Do i need a recipie or something ?

 

It makes no sense doing maps in inf3...play at excruciating (120 pearls) that it's better or inf1 (180 pearls).
4 corner maps are useful, for me, only for 2nd progress bar. I need only 2 run in forest at night to open all 4 chests for every map (then I'll see if I've enought pearls to repeat Re-quest again and again).
My problem was the 2nd progress bar so that's why I have to deal with inf1 maps otherwise the best difficulty for them is Normal.
It seems that dojo drop progress for 2nd bar but I do a run inf4 and inf1 with 0 drop. ?'ve killed all monsters, unlocked compendium but 0 elemental-charged pearls. In maps the progress was 20 in normal (100 / 20 = 5), 40 in excruciating (120 / 40 = 3) and 80 in inf1 (180 / 80 = 2,25) in all maps except excavation site (I do it in excruciating).
The only strange thing was quest 2/3 in the iron forest when you must kill 100 ice golems and I need 3 runs (49 + 46 + 5)

In this way I complete at the same time:
- all quest + 1 Re-quest for every maps
- Preparation for the Unknown
- Unobstructed View
- complete 2nd progress bar

Now I need only kill bosses for the last 2 progress bars but I didn't see a single Special force Unit members.

The recipe for the Dragan event can be bought from Gnob.

One does not simply find special forces unit members. They find you.
Don't worry there is plenty of time until 2045.
By that time you might even get one costume.

 

-the missions are very easy
- the drop of pearls in group, opening the Nui chests is acceptable, in addition to amphorae
-the 1 and 2 progress bar is reachable for everyone, and it gets fast
-Progress bar 3 and 4 is only for professional players (group play, and with patience)
-conclusion: playable and intelligent event.
-The bad thing is that there are stingy players who do not spend the special essences for the Nui chests, do not buy amphora keys with draken and do not know how to do the event, it is so difficult to watch YouTube videos where they give tips to make this event.

Well, i actually did find one costume, i dropped the costume in the great hall on INF 3, however i have yet to find the others
Do you think that the special units are bugged? as in, they don't appear despite being supposed to spawn?

 

I like the event so far.

3-4 progress bars are no problem for those who can go to great hall(sp doing solo is faster actually ).
I like the event so far too.
But like stated by many... where the heck are those named knights?

 

As I've already mentioned on another topic, event is doable for everyone up to that point where solo runs divide players by their toon's strength and that is fair deal from my point of view.

In solo mode I finished the event, the Great Hall gives a lot of progress for bars 3 and 4, between 13 strengthened pearls and I left with 17.
I think it was the easiest of all events, normal pearls are made in the repeatable mission of each map and that's it. A good event, I was just playing with intelligence, the missions in normal mode and the Great Hall in inf4.

 

Event/progress bar rewards seem VERY nice.

Only problem im having is that the ''Empowered pearl'' simply almost never drops.

Countless sentinals kills = 0 drops so far
Only did couple bosses (since i dont get pearls) = also 0 drops
From the 15-20 chests ive opened = exactly 1 drop
Spend 1000s of draken to open about every amphora i come across = 9 drops (and pretty sure ive opened 100+)


Also quest items drop is quite low.



EDIT: After finishing event the pearl drop from boss (with attire) is now 1 pearl

The rewards are pretty damn good. Chests can give runes, which i didnt have many off and now got a decent amount in almost all gears. Also 12k ander from progress is very welcome!

I do think this event is really hard for people who didnt have some Draken stocked to buy amphora-keys. Since getting Empowered pearls is really hard to get unless you open a ton of amphoras.

I hope ill find the headless costume before event ends, cus i really like the looks of it.

 

I'm tired of entering the sulfur desert map to get the spider breeders report and there is no way to give it to me, I have entered more than 20 times that if you add the pearls are more than 2000 pearls spent for nothing is a shame because it is not that the drop is low but in my case it is null, I thought that a solution would be to erase the mission and catch it again but it does not let erase it until you do it wrong, I hope nobody else is in my same situation because it is very unpleasant to start an event with enthusiasm and have it taken away from you that fast ...

 

Same issue here. 4 damn breeders on entire map.....what a bunch of crap

Pretty sure its bugged. Quest guidence sends you to 4 snakes with different name than mentioned in quest. And the ones with correct name are not droppin either.
