Death necklace

    Hi all.
    I would like to know if death necklace/seal(item above left with bonus unique that regenerates 5 fury at the second)can drop:
    1.only from Mortis
    2.from Mortis and minibosses in map1 and map2 of q6
    3.from all enemies of map1 and map2 of q6.

    Edit: no death ring,but necklace(seal) that does a set with helmet.
