    I’m trying to buy inomants for a special offer, I click the button "Classic shopping menu" - there is simply no such offer there!
    What to do? I'm from Russia.

    Hello and I'm sorry to seee tha you are not able to buy the above-mentioned package; there may be many reasons:

    1) You may have already used this offer;
    2) The offer is not available anymore ;
    3) The offer is only available to buy through FastPay option and is not visible in Classic Payment section;

    regaldless of what is the actual reason if you are still unable to buy that package even via FastPay option then please contact the Support and hopefully they will be able to help you;

    I click the Buy button - the game gives an error.
    I contacted the support service - there is no answer yet. (

    It looks like the offer may have already expired or is simply unavailable but please wait for the Support and see what they say- there's nothing we can do here in the Forum to sort it out- sorry;
