Before I get the obligatory "use Internet Explorer 11" comment and also the "Install Java and enable it" comment, I do already have both of these things on my PC and yet when I log in, the "PLAY NOW" button is grayed out. It will not let me play in the browser no matter what I try to do.

Are there any suggestions as to why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Yea i think you are pressing the wrong ''Play now'' button :D :D :D .IMO you are pressing ''Play now'' button №1 instead of ''Play now'' button №2 ( just scroll down a bit and you will see the second button :D )

The problem is when I go onto the website, it doesn't look like that. It looks like this.

As you can see, there is no secondary "Play Now" button. So what should I do?

Like I said before, I'm already using Internet Explorer 11 and that button isn't there. So there must be some other problem I'm not aware of.

I tried out internet explorer instead of classic client.

At first I got same thing as you have (no play now button at bottom of the page). Then I downladed java (which I probably already had), and authorized it every time internet explorer asked for it. This time the "PLAY NOW" button appeared under and worked.

You should probably try reinstalling java.

JRE 32 bit or 64 bit? I am not sure that JRE 32 bit works only.

IE is a 32 bit browser so you need to download and install 32bit Java version.
