Im curently using a legendary t6 dropped 2h from desert with 3 increased dmg on item lines(2 gold) and one increased damage gold line while im grinding to craft the 300% 4gl 2h. Im thinking of farming the q7 staff till the bloodmoon event comes but i feel like its not worth it and i will lose a lot of dmg(current dmg 14.5k). Any suggestions on what i should do?

Don't push too hard on crafting or dropping anything. Sure, if you are lucky and have the cores, transfer the leg you have on q7 or bloodrune of high enough a tier. But remember that the CE is coming, probably by the end of September, so whatever efforts you put now in your items will probably be simply scrapped.

Content Expansion: many things probably will change so it's nonsense to think about the build now. It's better to accumulate as many resources you can and wait until we all know more about it

Oh ok thanks for letting me know. So i should focus on unique items and not crafting a weapon till the CE comes?

It all depends on perspective. If you want a head start on the content expansion so you can become OP ASAP, you cripple your progress in the meantime to hoard supplies for a future date. If you don't care and are just here to have fun, then craft away. Your crafted equipment will still be useful in carrying you along until you craft a new set anyways.
