Bug rare Royal kyanite disappeared.

    good day! There was an unpleasant situation, during the last update of the game on 21.07.2020, a rare Royal kyanite disappeared. This kyanite was inserted into the shoulders of the witch hunter, and now its place is empty. Please understand the problem. Thanks for the help.We can't reach local technical support. They answer that they are not engaged in the restoration of missing gems. But again, this item was lost in the process of updating the game, and not through my fault. Please help! PS. Please forgive my mistakes, since English is not my native language, and I use a translator.

    Probably the support in your language has believed that you have sold the kyanite in error. Unfortunately, the game offers no warning when this happens.

    Maybe you kept it freely, in some slot of your bag, and while quick-selling the useless items you didn't notice that the gem threw out with them.

    Otherwise, of course, if it were a game problem/bug/mistake, BP would have to investigate (this would be a VERY serious issue, even considering that you could have put real money to build such gem) but, perhaps, they exclude a priori that this could have happened due their responsibility.

    It could be very helpful if you remembered the exact moment when the gem disappeared, and what was happening in the game (a crash, r relog, a map change, etc.). In any case, nobody here on the forum will ever be able to help you. If you really believe that your local support is committing an underestimation or negligence, you could try to report them directly to the company https://legal.bigpoint.com/EN/imprint/en.

    Thank you for your feedback. The gem was inserted into the shoulders of the witch hunter, and this item is worn on the character, and I could not sell it even by mistake. In any case, thank you for your help and advice. I will try to write again to local technical support.

    Right, it is the only thing you can do.

    Instead it is useless, as well as prohibited by forum rules, open multiple threads for the same topic, as you did in another section (you just may ask to move the existing one, or delete it and recreate it elsewhere).

    So it's way better to send the picture to your local support asking them again for a check on the gems in your equipment. In the hope that they have the technical means to do it. Because, again, I think it is very difficult for them to be sure that you have not removed and sold it anytime (the image is 8 months old ... in the meantime everything could have happened).
