Has anyone been making a list of announced/planned changes coming with the next "big" update in November? :D

Infernals are being reworked and divided into Infernal, Merciless, Bloodshed (without any sub-dificulties), seemingly compressing 7 infernals into 3 difficulties. (Not 100% sure about that, there could be more sub-difficulties) I have no idea what it will do with the tier drops.

A good change would be to make them all available for world dungeons, making it possible to drop up to T10 (or whatever the highest tier will be after CE) world-uniques, reducing our dependence on PW and event gear.

Not sure what the modifications for each new diff will be... most likely another increase in HP and attack multipliers? Anyway, right now I can go up to I2 on some maps (with great difficulty, but I can) to obtain T5 items for crafting. I somehow feel like I won't be able to do that in the new system...

Other than that, new skills (including 2 for DK). Not sure about anything else.

I wonder if they will make Grouping more viable..

Currently it's only little bit of Hp bonus that ain't really matter while increasing Boss Hp by %30 or so, per person..
%1 Damage, %1 Armor-Resist bonus in addition to Hp, per person could do, maybe.

    Also small Drop bonuses.

There are group effects already, and they're way stronger than what you're suggesting.

You don't mean Group talents do you?

Or you mean the next "big update"?

I do. Take a look at Smash's group effect, for example. Since DKs are smashing almost all the time, a single DK can provide 30% more dmg to group easily.

Still not making up for the Hp increase of the Bosses, you still slow down the group as a DK, period.
DKs need higher damage output via Skills (Keep PvP with current values for all I care) , or, slightly more "Magic" Damage mix

And I'm talking of "general" bonuses regardless of Class.
I mean if we look at Group talents, DK can give "%21" Hp too.. Compared to %1 per person..

Why do you think it's quite rare to see 4 or 5 ppl groups?

Well, this was today's update on FB with regards to the CE.

The sound of the first one might be good.

The second one... Now I am waiting to see someone craft ALL damage on their gear. You just know it's coming. XDDD

Well, enhancement crafting was really frustrating but I wasn't expecting such big change :D
Great for newbies but for others.. Power-creep goes on

I don't really know what is "Slot restriction" and what effect this change can have though.
Yea that wouldn't be surprising since Damage/DPS is the most important Stat nowadays..

You'll be able to transfer gold lines from a Helmet to your Boots, for example.

So..... do you put two items in and hope the right line one goes and that you don't lose a better line?
-OR- do you get to choose which line goes and which line gets replaced?

If the latter, then we are finally getting real "crafting" on our items and not the _Gambling Bench_ we've been burdened with for so long.

Well, DPS involves Critic hit rate/Damage and Attack Speed too..
If I had to guess.. I think you can choose that all 3 (or 4) enhancements will be the "type" you want but might not be the preferred %

Unless of course all items with that enhancement type has over certain %

With this, 4 items with only one line of that specific type but gold/plat enhancement could get you 4x (if all 4 legendary, otherwise 3 certain 1 random)

That's how I understand it anyway..

This should hopefully lower the Gold (& Time) spending by much.

But something tells me.. there will be new grindy things with the new update that requiring both anyhow..

They wrote "preferred", so I gather we will at least be able to select which line gets transfered. Now, I don't know if we will be able to set which line gets replaced, but even if that is random, it will still probably be faster than current system, requiring, on average, 11 transfers from 1-line items (less with more lines at once).

Not necessarily. If it works similar to core transfers, then you will trasnfer enchantments only between two items, and if we can't select which line gets replaced, like I mentioned above, you will need more transfers. Still, much better than current system.

That whole message is ambigous, so let's break into parts:
So it's something related to the expansion, just like with the previous expansions they were making major changes to equipment in general.

Transferring one enchantment - that's something new. Transferring enchantments one by one? Pay attention to how it says "of your preferred". So, probably you get to choose the enchantments you'd like to transfer... probably like four out of a pool?... and then one random from them is transferred. Not sure if the process can be reverted on an unsuccessful attempt.

So it turns out that all of the chosen enchantments can be transferred at once... at a higher cost or just a random chance of transferring more than one enchantment?

From any equipment... any equipment means the source can be a regular item of any rarity, or can be a unique item. However, the "any" seems to refer to "to another" as well... so transferring will probably somehow be possible to both regular items and uniques... not sure what are the implications of such a system.

Slot restriction... probably means that you can transfer enchantments from anything to anything, literally. So, probably you can put HP on a weapon, for example. We'll see how it turns out, but seems interesting on the first glance.

This "teaser-ad", together with the first part of their post, proves that "slot restriction" doesn't apply, as I and other people have thought, just to 4 items being returned on revert instead of one: they're reworking workbench way beyond that (which doesn't mean that the revert thing isn't coming, but it's clearly not the central point). So, we'll see how it works, but let's hope they don't screw it up with bugs and nerfs this time, like it was with crating 2.0.

Realy ? So you can transfer enchantments from anything to anything. I dont think so.. Imagine +360% increased damage, critical damage ( from 2h weapon platine enchantments) to anything ( rings, amu, helm etc.). So u can end like +3000% increased damage + maxed critical hit, attack speed and all of it with 1h+shield(maxed block). No.

I don't know if is important (they said in one twitch that is work in progress) but in the character window they show us the statistic of critical damage was absent.
I don't know if it is a planned change or simply a first overview but if they eliminate CD is more reasonable the hypothesis of transferring 300% increased damage on which item we want...
But this are only my concerns about this situation, I think we'll know something more during the next twitch

In many other games Critical damage is fixed to x2 so that's what we getting after all these years?

Doesn't sound bad to me tbh.
But there will be consequences of course..

They could, increase the max Critical hit chance to %90 maybe?

Will need to rework the Boss values too, which is probably happening anyway..

    On a not related note...
Idk why Block is absolute 0 with a 2H weapon but would be interesting if there was something like "Dodge" stat (or something)
    Less "glass cannon" that way..
Not that it's impossible to block with 2H weapon realistically speaking..
