i Just get this scroll from Sharr Karab today, and when i tested in Grand Desert, i saw that it did NOTHING.

I mean, i see the skill on the screen (the punch) but it doesnt mark any damage number, and didnt do anything to mobs (its a 300% damage so it wiill be noticeable).

Please fix thiss. My build was around it.

They nerfed it, it used to crit even back in the day, it was considered too powerful and the crit was removed and the freuquency I suspect was nerfed too.
But honestly I do not understand why it was nerfed
I mean in comparison to skills such as frozen sphere doing a total of 410% base and explosive arrow totalling 500% base per hit, and lets not talk about mecs and their 3000% base semi perma

Dude ... your level of noobness is unbelievable.
If you don't know something just stay out of conversation.
What nerf what perf are you talking about? When was the last time you have been using this item? No ... don't answer ... I know. Never.
This item has always been bugged in one way or another ... and it is a prime example of a bad design to begin with.
The item is both bugged and designed like crap.

Should I then rather have said back in 2018 a fellow player named beerrun used the shar karab quiver and it worked for him, then a new release came and he said it doesnt crit anymore
hmmm seems like a nerf to me
anyways lets rather stick to your words as my lack of knowledge or memory clearly defines my noobness
    EDIT:
@trakilaki let me show you @Valirum
    Here is the right answer
Firstly the line used to read 30% of max hp in damage and yes it did used to crit
    [IMG]
Now for you to see how overpowered it was here is a video

If anything I would advise that the unique line reads on critical hit there is a 15% chance
and I would also advise that it crits and does 300% base
Yes it would happen more often, it would happen more or less once per second pushing the base dps % of any player that wields it by 300% per second which would make it semi perfect.

Dude what part of the "extremely complex words" exploits , bugs and bad design you don't understand?
Open yourself another thread where you can talk gibberish and nonsense as you are off topic in this thread.
I could make this post longer ... but Claire Redfield is waiting for me :)

Well for starters, you attacked him for being a noob and not knowing what he was talking about....seems he knew exactly what he was talking about. Unless youre all of a sudden BP, how can you prove this wasnt ninja nerved?

I also remember it was working fine and after a certain patch it was ''bugged''.

But hey; i allready know you have hard time admit if you were wrong.

Not just he is a noob but you are bigger noob than him :)
What is not clear? read the OP's question and read his comment.
No one ever asked about any nerf ... which BTW was not a nerfing but an exploit fix and correcting both a badly designed item and a bug that was subject to exploiting.
Read the old posts and threads on the forum :) I honestly don't expect you to understand anything since you not just don't read forum but you were not even playing back then ... and when you were like playing you were actually twinking and never played on cap level.
There were even videos ... but those are now nonexistent because they deleted everything and the entire Media Library section.
Wigger made a video back then.

The off hand was never working as intended and was always bugged in many ways ... including not hitting the targets.
    Read the thread title
    Sharr kharab scroll bug

The "nerfing" was not a nerfing at all but changing of the buff since they couldn't fix the original one. Whenever they are unable to fix anything they create something new instead of the old thing. Just like they removed the "petrify" animation and replaced it with a new crap ... so YES the item has always been bugged in one way or another.

Who in a right mind would think trillion damage per hit is intentional so it would be "nerfed" later on??
    No one ...
    oh wait ... did you?

It did nothing because it is:
    1. bugged - it is not dealing damage
    2. the buff is badly designed - until the fists hit the place they spawn to ... the monsters would be far from the position.

Long story short I dont know how many iterations of this off hand there was
Like you said its bugged lets leave it at that and be done with it.
I also remember this and I dont mean the max hp one either, anyways like I told him, lets leave it at that.

Dude the item was never working fine.
Take a look at the thumbnail of the video you posted. 10M damage in a single hit is "item working fine" to you?
those 30% were max HP from the monster ... imagine a boss with lets say 10M HP ... fists would hit 3M damage --- add to that x5 critical hit which is 15M damage in a single hit. That is an "item working normal" to you?
The designer who made that item had too much schnaps the previous night and the QA was too busy streaming online so they would discover a bug.
