guild problem

    hello, Im having a problem in my one guild. I can send Guild invites to players but they cant accept them. the chapter or "guild" isn't filled either, I know so cuz the limit is 50 per guild and there is only 36.

    Its only happening in the one chapter.
    The way I get around the bug is if you kick a player then the invite will work.
    I insure that its not a filled guild.


    If any mods or support team can check into this problem Ill be happy



    PS: maybe in the future expand the limit of players per guild from 50 to at least 100 ..... just a suggestion .

    I had the same prblm (a few times).. talk to support, they will fix it :D

    i have a problem too,but i see the suport team dont care about this,im writing to suport team for all most 2 weeks but they dont wanna help me,is there someone to really help me,i wanna get back in the game,thank you

    Support forwards all tech issues to the techs. Support, like the BA's and Mods are the in-betweens who get our wrath. BP moved all game tech development back to Germany, the US based Support team is basically customer care now and they cannot control what Germany fixes or when they fix it.
    To claim Support does not care is ludicrous. They can only do so much themselves, but game bugs are the issues that are repaired at the BP game development center.
    Write them, the address is listed on the corporate page. See how far that gets you.

    Support have replied to every single one of your tickets, you've spammed support, and not used the reply feature and when you do you ignore what support has told you.

    Contact RO support for your issue, not EN.
