Shadows of the Past Quest Problem

Shadows of the past 11/12. How do I get a travel stone for going through the portal?

 

I didn't turn in the quest, thought the shadow portal would still be available after u log out.
But no, that would be to logical.
Doing sargon 10 times in a row is the defefinition of boring (even then u could get after 9 times a problem with ur internet, failing connection or something like that).

I agree with traki, this seems a good way to annoy players

 

After the new game was released the portal was available for free again. But then they rushed the hotfix and made it boring crap again
When there is a "bug" in player's favor ... it is always getting fixed immediately. When the players suffer from crapload of bugs ... the hotfix is planed for the next year. XD

the bosses for example herald, when you have been doing it for 5-10 min (I still lowered 4 million (Wow). It turns out that the best of all is to put a shield again. This has to be a mistake, how can it be that boss in the afternoon 30-40 min? to give you a purple gift and two green objects. (and sweating to finish him off) It's absurd, when will this frustrating situation be fixed?, thanks, sorry for the bad English.

True dat. I'm still sitting with shit in my inventory that makes no sense. No one bothers. It says it's a gem and when I want to add it to a socket it says I cannot dye that item. =) Reported that to support and the incompetent dude who got the ticket, closed it. And I was even polite. Not to mention that after the update I got a compensation box that was empty. Tried to ask support about that and the same guy said he's going to forward the issue to the devs to look into it and after a few days when I asked about the progress of the problem.. he closed my ticket again.

Sincerely now, they are amateurs. You can't even talk to support about real issues and bugs. They occupy themselves with fixes for minor problems or they attempt to fix a major bug (like the main quest bug), fail totally, people lose materi frags and then when asked for the frags lost back, they say they don't do compensations.

And.. people are saying "new game". Then riddle me this. Why the hell we all still die before the map loads, especially when you're in a group and the second to enter just moonwalks towards doom? How is the game new I wonder.

I'm aware that I'll probably get a ban for using "shit" in my comment, but BigPoint, please know that it's a real courtesy since you deserve harsher words addressed at you for the insulting way you chose to conduct yourselves.

Apparently there is an issue with the Shadows of The Past 11/12 quest state.
We received quite few tickets from players saying they were not able to complete it. We have forwarded the issue now

hi me to have some problem with quest11/12 , not find a portal and c'not cancel a quest. plz resolve this bug

No support was contacted whatsoever (TS) ... BTW I can replicate it again with another toon

 

I have no idea how you did it but I see no portal there

 

portal exist (gate with arrow) the problem is that not exist for all...i did this quest with 5 other chars and portal was there for all...for my 6th no and its new acc..i check last 7 days maybe it fixed and i see many players waiting there diferent names all the time..mean this is a bug for many...
