What is "Increasing Encouragement" and how to get it?

    Hi,

    so, I have noticed I have been getting this buff:

    My question is, where does it come from and how to get it?

    Hi,
    buff comes from group team mates, who have "Jewel of Encouragement" from Defeat the Undefeatable event.
    Buff activating, then player dealing damage to enemy ..and healing all team members except him.. Check game wiki about more details.
