    So there's this quest in Paralel Kinza. You take it from the mob in the middle of the map and it says: Retrieve Nurma's scroll from the demons in Kinza.

    Awesome. I always play in a group with someone else. She received three "scrolls" on the first run and I got none. Since then, I've done 100+ runs, on all difficulties and even thrown the quest and took it again. Nothing. The quest item IS NOT DROPPING for some reason.

    Oh, and when I click on the quest guidance, it only highlights 1 or 2 demons or pockets of demons then it says there are no more on the map. Mind you, the map HAS ONLY DEMONS and hundreds of them.

    Anyone willing to help? I don't know, like a mod.. or something. Support isn't an option since they can't be bothered with doing their job.

    I am willing to record my next 200 runs to show it's bugged, but I do expect an apology afterwards.

    I gained 5 levels while farming in Kinza for the scroll. My significant other got the quest item in literally the first mob of demons after picking up the quest.

    So AFAIK it's not bugged, some of us just have awful luck.

    Full disclosure, I'm the one who got the scroll three times on the first run and my wife didn't, but since she's given up on it, I'm the one trying to find it for her.

    Looks like it's 1 scroll per family, lol. They're rationing it pretty good.

    When you say the first mob of demons, do you mean the first group encountered on the map, or out of the two that guidance directs you to? I am asking because I want to know if it makes sense to clear the map, or if I should run straight to the guidance directed mobs and ignore the others.

    I asked Tyr, and he said he remembers getting it from some random dude not marked by the quest guidance.

    Regarding Kinza.. Killed the boss, after that i can't find any other quests.
    Would be nice if someone could point me in the right direction where that can be (ore is the next quests level depended?)
