Bug Blocked Skill Bar

    1 month ago, when I came back to the game after quitting for a long time, I noticed that on my ranger Flaroth, lvl 57, server Heredur, the skill bar had a problem:
    • Left mouse/Right mouse skill + Tab skills work correctly, I can use them and move them, replace with other skills from skill tree
    • Skills from 1 to 5 button do NOT work, I can't move the skills, toss them, replace them, but I can just use the ones that already are on the bar
    I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue but I've questioned many times the support until now, also giving a video to show the problem, which affects only this character in the account, and by now I have just received a message saying that "the team will work on the problem as soon as possible", but this message was sent 10 days ago and I don't know what to do.

    Playing with just Right/Left mouse + Tab skill is not easy...

    I finally solved the problem, thank you very much, I feel just like a stupid now because I didn't notice at all that lock icon but I wonder how the skill bar got blocked, probably I clicked on it by mistake without even realizing it.
