attack button doesnt work anymore

    Hello,
    Hello everyone! I played this game assiduously for a few years, for a long time I stopped playing, now my characters don't respond to the left and right mouse keys, that is, they don't attack. They just move forwards and sides.
    It's not normal, I've created other characters and everything works ok.
    But my heroes that I want to use again are much more advanced.
    I need help, does anyone know how to help?
    Hotkeys work to attack, but obviously not enough.
    I've already noticed that when customizing the keys, such a shift puts you in stationary mode, but that's not what I report. How is it possible with new characters everything works well and with old ones it doesn't?

    Probably going to be a dumb question, but... what skill(s) do you have shoved in the left/right mouse key slot on the malfunctioning character? Maybe they're skills with cooldowns?
