Group playing -Player not visible

Dear all,

I am trying to establish the game for my nephew and me and somehow we are not able to see ourselves in-game. I invited him to my group and he joined. Unfortunately his nickname is greyed out (we both played the tutorial and are in the first city - Fortress Forge). I do see him as a member of my group
I already checked the following:
-Leaving and re-entering the map
-Leaving and re-entering the group
-3 different servers.

Are there any other ways to approach this problem?
Somehow I couldn't find any information on the forum...

You are still on tutorial maps. Tutorial maps end when you enter the first urban area of Grimford. Fortress Forge is part of the tutorials.
You can join group or guild while still on tutorial maps BUT ... you can't use the chat and you can't communicate with anyone until you both are past Grimford. The communication is unavailable until then.

If the toon is not deleted you both need to be online in same time on a same server.
One of you is greyed out probably because the toon is offline while the other one is online.
Don't change servers, servers are not connected to each other. Every different server is a different physical space not related to other servers.

Enter Grimford and get together.

My ranger is trying to find the quest for opening Balor. The quest in the chapters is "The heart of the whole World", but nope, my ranger cannot get it. Any ideas? PS: I've finished everything regarding Yaltepetl quests.
