Bug Quests "the fate of the jarl" and "cold ice" (possibly)bugged for me

    I dont know if i am doing anything wrong,but immediately when i completed the fate of the jarl 3/6 and cold as ice 1/5 i didnt get the next part of the quest,i am positive that i have done everything to see if it is a fault on my part but i dont think is,if someone can help please do so

    There are various quests throughout the game which are player experience level-dependent. I think you probably need to grind up (going by my faulty memory, to level 35?) before the next steps in those quests open up for you.
