failed to verify the signature of a downloaded file

    Hello,

    Please assist. I am getting this error when starting the client - failed to verify the signature of a downloaded file
    I tried to uninstall the client, i tried the DSO foulder and cache cleaning, nothing helps.
    Any advise on that? It will be appreciated.

    Hello there. Your OS is too old and does not support latest code signatures. You could switch from windows 7 to newer version of windows 10;

    In that case ... you should first install Windows 7
    and then you should
    like you have been advised. And ... of course it won't fix your issue but at least you would try.

    I am playing on W7 and I am having no issues on both client and browser.
    It is a CDN failure ;)
    If the issue is not corrected by itself today it should be corrected tonight because of the new game version.

    I don't know, but this have not been fixed yet. I am getting the same error and it's getting on my nerves, it's been 2 days I cannot log in the game.
    From support they told me to update Windows 10 to the latest version, so I did and nothing, same error again.

    In case windows 10 doesn't work try with windows 11, and remember in case something is not working the first DSO's commadment says that always is gonna be your fault
