    Hey KillinMachine, Iwas trying to message you a better way, but couldn't figure it out. I need a favor from you. My game is acting stupid and won't let me log in due to a "Error: Failed to download a critical file". Could you let Kat or Jeff know please?

    Have you tried to delete the DSOClient file and let it reload?
    Game is PLAGUED with bugs at the moment. ERROR37, ERROR21, FAILED TO DOWNLOAD CRITICAL FILE, FAILED TO CONNECT, Random disconnects, And maps seem to load slower after they "fixed" them.
    So best thing I can suggest is to delete client folder/file, reboot, Reload game all the way, reboot again and see if that helps.

    What do you mean by Reload game all the way? Do you mean to uninstall and reinstall? If so, I have attempted that as well as delete all the temp files. However, I did not restart my PC after deleting it. I will give that a try.

    Yes, first delete the Temp/DSOClient folder, then uninstall game. Then reboot. Then reinstall client, activate the shortcut to open/login to the game. Let the bar graph at the bottom of page get to 100% before trying to login. Once it hits 100% close the client and reboot your machine.
    Not guaranteeing this will work, but its something for you to try...
    Sorry your having trouble... just know your not alone. Most of the players on Tegan are experiencing the same or a similar thing.
