    Does anyone know how to craft the new stuff?
    I've killed the new boss 10 times and unlocked the recipe but can't figure out which ingredients to use

    Not sure if its the official way, but if you put in a seeker unique + one of the new rings = new version of seeker unique. Nothing seem to change, except set-bonus.

    Guessing you crafted it, do base stats change or they stay same ish?

    the base stats change as well as the set bonus. For 2 part of the set in level 130, we go from 0.34 to 0.759 for the speed attack
