Characters gone

    My characters are gone!
    When i start the game i get the start menu where u can choose a new character.
    What is this? This happened after the troubles from the last few days.
    I tried several times sending a ticket to support but that won't come through, instead i got this message:
    504 Gateway Time-out

    How the *** do i get them back before they are deleted??

    Support not working yet (after troubles). I think maybe you choose wrong server (not yours) to play .

    I feel so stupid!! :oops::oops:

    I didn't even see in the client that the Tegan server moved up to the top, normally Heredur is on top.
