About the yellow quest: "What's Dead Stays Dead" Kill Azar 5 times (0/5)

I killed Azar in its pit in different modes, but counter is still on the 0/5.

I know other players who reach 1/5 somehow, but counter doesn't go on.

Anyone has any advice to complete it? I already tried to delete quest and obtain it again with no results.

    Another thing:
When entering in Azar's Pit, the window doesn't show FLame conqueror items, neither the Lava Lion as possible rewards from boss. (I found both set and mount)

I assume this bug will never be addressed being that it's been this way since it was implemented.. looks like the DSO team has moved on with the latest expansion that half of the maps never load in..
